Meet our Social Work team who support families with group conferences, home visits, housing, Child Youth and Family (CYF) work, family violence inter-agency work, advocacy and information, and supporting cultural differences such as beliefs and values.

Alaimanu (Manu) Touli 
Social Worker, BSW

Alaimanu aka Manu is Samoan, with a background in social work, youth work and project coordination for youth. He is a qualified Social Worker at Fonua Ola, providing vital social services to our Pacific families. His strengths lie in working with male perpetrators together with their families. Manu joined Fonua Ola from Pasefika Mana Social Work. He also spent nine years as the President of the South Auckland Boxing Club. He has also been a coach, mentor and motivator to young Pacific boxers in South Auckland.

Catherline Sika
Social Worker, BaASW

Catherline is Niuean born and New Zealand raised. She is a qualified Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work. Catherline joined our team early 2015 and has been a real asset to the team. She is skilled at building rapport with the vulnerable families whilst applying best practice to her role. Catherline studied at the Manukau Institute of Technology specialising in the areas of youth and mental health. She is a mother of three young beautiful and successful women.
