Anna is of Tongan descent with a mix of Fijian and European. Born and raised in Grey Lynn, Auckland. She is the second youngest of six siblings. Anna attended Auckland Girls Grammer. She is a mother of 3 beautiful boys and a wife to a wonderful husband. My work background is in Credit Control, Data-entry, Customer service, Telemarketing, Hospitality. By trade Anna has 13 years of hair dressing experience..

If you weren't doing this job what would you be doing? To continue to work as a mobile hairstylist and continue to

Who inspires you? Aupeipeigamalie Vaelua Tolai, my father. My rock and my foundation.
What are your best skills that you bring to your job? Easy to engage with, love interacting with people and I especially
love making people happy and joyful.
If you weren't doing this job what would you be doing? On my final year at Te Wanaga o Aotearoa for the 4th year Bicultural Bachelor Social Worker Degree, so that means I would be studying and preaching the word of God.
How do you want people to remember you? I want people to enjoy me for who I am, and that is fun, joyful and at he same time hard working and very kind and gentle.

We are also pleased to welcome newest member to Fonua Ola's as a Community Support Worker, Masele Tolai.
Masele started off with Fonua Ola as a Social Work placement student in September - November 2018. He made such a memorable impact not only to staff but to clients that he was given a position as a Community Support Worker.
New Zealand born, Masele attended Tangaroa and Wesley College where he graduated. He also graduated Piula Theological College in Samoa. Worked for the Methodist Church Samoan Conference for 20+ years as a church minister, and now with the New Zealand Conference since 2015. He is from the village of Satup'itea Sava'i with 2 children Sinaenae and Panapa Jnr Tolai.
